We’re building a centralised operations hub in our Dallas office to support our network and ensure consistent, high-quality service nationwide.

You’ll act as a key link between franchise partners, carriers, and customers, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery execution.

This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and wants to help scale a national logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage carrier relationships across the US
Support franchisees with load coverage and operational execution
Negotiate rates and deliver cost-effective transport solutions
Track shipments and ensure on-time performance and POD completion
Manage KPIs and resolve service issues quickly
Collaborate with sales teams and franchise owners to deliver the best outcomes

What We're Looking For...

3+ years in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with negotiation experience
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
